 Current priorities and working groups
Current working groups are:
- ICT - strategic approach to the use, management and teaching
- Maths
- Writing Moderation
- EYFS
- SEN
- Trust Development
- Governors
- Business Support
In addition, task and finish working groups examine specific issues, developing models of good practice for the Trust schools. These include PE, report writing, performance management. Staff have work collaboratively to create common policies including the response to leave of absence in term time and e safety which has also evolved into the development of shared workshops for parents across the Trust.
Collaborative working amongst the children includes Trust sports competitions, sports teams and Trust Days exploring Trust values.
