LTE leaders can offer mentoring and guidance to strengthen leadership, management and governance within schools.

This ranges from helping to hold individual staff to account in relation to pupil performance and helping to find strategies for improving levels of achievement or advice, to reorganising Governing Body meetings to enhance effectiveness.
