 Training
The Trust teachers and staff deliver a number of training sessions which are available for all schools to access. The Trust also develops bespoke training packages to meet the needs of schools. If relevant expertise is not available from within the Trust, high calibre external trainers will be commissioned.
Alongside bespoke school support the LTE offer a number of programmes and courses:

- ASPIRING FOR EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME FOR NQT + 1
- DEVELOPING THE ROLE AND IMPACT OF TEACHING ASSISTANTS
